Q. How do I know that all of your jewelry and diamonds are authentic?

A: All items shown on our website are guaranteed to be natural and as described. We follow the strict policies of the industry affiliations of which we are members such as Jewelers Board of Trade (JBT), Chicago Jewelers Association (CJA)and the International Watch and Jewelry Guild (IWJG). Our ratings can also be viewed on the Better Business Bureau (BBB) official website. We also offer independent appraisals certifying the authenticity and value of all of our pieces.
Q. What is your return policy?

A: All of our items come with a 30 day return policy with no restocking fees. We also welcome all exchanges. Please see Our Guarantee page.
Q. What if I want my ring resized?

A: We would be happy to resize any ring that you purchase from us or send in to us. The resizing rates are posted on every individual product page. Special rates apply for pieces with extra thick shanks, 18K, platinum or palladium, and eternity bands. All pieces are still returnable even if they are resized.
Q. Are your diamonds treated or enhanced?

A: We only carry natural, earth-mined diamonds and gemstones. The jewelry we manufacture contains diamonds that do not contain any enhancements, irradiations or treatments of any kind. Occasionally, we do come across estate pieces that may contain enhancements which we always fully disclose. We also guaranteed that our stones are conflict free and approved by the Kimberly process.
Q. How does Custom Design work?

A: We would be happy to work with you step by step to bring your inspiration into your one of a kind piece of jewelry. Please see the custom design page for more details.
Q. Do your pieces come with a warranty?

A: As with everything in our store, your satisfaction is guaranteed. All of our pieces come with a 6 month warranty that would cover any impropriety that comes from regular wear.
Q. Does your jewelry come with an appraisal?

A: A certificate of authenticity, which includes the item’s insurance replacement value, is available with every piece sold from our store. The appraisal is available upon request.
Q. Can I come see your jewelry in person?

A: Yes we absolutely welcome all of our online customers to come to our showroom in beautiful downtown Chicago. We are located at 5 South Wabash, suite 1204, Chicago, IL 60603. An alternative to coming to Chicago is to try it on in your home. We offer free shipping and stress free returns, so please do not hesitate to take a firsthand look.
Q. Why are your prices so much lower than everything else I have seen online?

A: We perform our own jewelry manufacturing from designing to finishing. With the help of high technology, decades of experience, and scaled operations, we are able to effectively lower our costs. We also source our diamonds directly from rough diamond cutters in the first phase of diamond manufacturing. Finally, in today’s competitive environment, we work on smaller margins and pass the savings onto you.
Q. How soon will you ship my item after payment is complete?

A: Our turnaround time is 24-48 hours. If a ring needs to be resized, the ring will be shipped an additional three business days later.
Q. Do your diamonds come with grading certificates such as GIA?

A: Many of our pieces come with diamond Certificates from laboratories such as GIA, EGL USA and EGL international. We also sell diamonds that do not have certificates though we can submit the stone to the laboratory of your choice for an additional fee equal to what the laboratory charges for certification.
Q. Do you offer financing or a layaway plan?

A: There is a financing option available through paypal. We can also finance purchases directly.

A:We operate a full service repair and manufacturing operation and we would be happy to set your stone for you. The charges will depend on the setting type, stone size and type.
