Once you provide us all of your desired specifications (center stone size, ring size, etc.), we will provide you a complete detailed estimate to meet your specific requests.
If you are not sure about some of specifications, we will help you analyze and evaluate the best solution for your needs. We will also work with you to help you choose the best diamonds or gemstones for your preferences and budget.
We recreate the ring using CAD and send you the design for approval. The design process typically takes about three to seven business days. Typically our customers are happy with the design on the first submission though we will perform any necessary revisions until it meets all of your expectations. Once you give final approval for the design, we will cast, set, polish and finish your piece.
The final stage is production which includes cutting the wax model, casting, multiple stages of preparation and polishing, setting and finishing. This stage requires approximately 7 to 10 business days. Though a small deposit is asked for to begin work, final payment is required only after final job approval.

A: The cost is entirely dependent on the complexity of the design and materials used. Typically, to create a design has an initial deposit required of $200.
Q. How long does it take to finish?
A: The design process typically takes about 3-4 days before being sent to you for first approval. Once the design is approved, the production process takes 7-10 days depending on a piece’s intricateness, stone quantity, etc…
Q. What if I don’t like the design that you make?
A. We will work with you closely prior to the design process to make sure we fully understand your expectations. If you are not happy with the design after we send you the wax model/digital image, we will revise the design based on your feedback until you are completely satisfied.
